Description
AGS 221 GEL is used for graffiti and paint removal from smooth factory-made/painted surfaces, e.g trains, coaches & buses, cars and industrial buildings etc. Can also be used on porous substrates. AGS 221 GEL is readily biodegradable.
Application instructions
Graffiti-removal from smooth surfaces:
Apply a thick layer of AGS 221 GEL with a brush. Cover all graffiti and wait 3-5 minutes. Agitate the whole area with a brush. When the graffiti has dissolved, jet off with medium-pressure and preferably warm water. If required, repeat the process.
Graffiti-removal from porous surfaces
Apply AGS 221 GEL with airless sprayer or brush. Agitate the whole area with a brush. Leave area to dissolve all graffiti approximately ½ – 4 hours. Jet off with hot water and high pressure, (90°C, 150 bar/2175 PSI). Lance nozzle spread should be 15 – 25 degrees and water flow should be 15 to 20 ltrs/minute, (4-5 gal/minute).
Note! For metal surfaces do not use too much pressure, as the effect can be negative. Instead, wipe with a sponge or cloth and rinse with warm water.
Dosage
Use as concentrate.
Consumption
0,3 – 1,0 litre/m².
Storage
Store at room temperature in original closed container.
Shelf life
Approximately 24 months in unopened container.

Gloves. Safety glasses in case of splashes.
