Description
BPS 7726 is a silane based facade protection for use on concrete and reinforced concrete. Consists of “small molecules” contributing to a deep penetration. BPS 7726 prevents the surface against water and salt ingress. Is permeable, i.e. water cannot penetrate, but the surface “can breathe” and release moisture. BPS 7726 is approved according to EN 1504-2, alone and in combination with AGS 3502 graffiti protective coating.
Application instructions
Clean the surface from traffic grime, soot, grease and oil based mould release. Fresh concrete have to cure for at least 28 days prior to treatment with BPS 7726. Apply BPS 7726 with a low pressure sprayer, roller or a brush. Apply 2 times, wet on wet. For best impregnating effect, ensure that the surface is dry. Drying time after cleaning with high pressure and water is approximately 24-72 hours. Drying time can be increased up to 7 days in early spring and late autumn. Lowest application temperature is approximately +2°C.

Use as concentrate.
Consumption
Normal usage: approximately 0,3 litre/m². Old concrete may require 3 applications, 0,4-0,5 litre/m².
Storage
Store frost free in original container.
Shelf life
12 months in unopened container.

Use protective clothing, gloves and glasses.
