Description

BPS 7111 is used for removal of algae, mould, lichen or other fouling from most surfaces such as: brick, concrete, plaster, granite, lime and sandstone, roofing tiles and wood. Safe to use and gives no negative impact on building materials. BPS 7111 offers up to 10 years protection against algae or other fouling. Biodegradable.

NB! Hard surfaces with no porosity can not be treated. If rainfall appears within 24 hours, the effectiveness of the treatment will be affected. Make sure to apply during dry conditions.

Application instructions

Instructions for use on facades:
Apply BPS 7111 generously with a low pressure sprayer, roller or a brush. Do not jet off. The weather effect will remove the fouling.

Instructions for use on roofs:
Small growth of algae: Apply BPS 7111 generously with a low pressure sprayer, roller or a brush. Do not jet off. The weather effect will remove the fouling.

Large growth of algae: Remove the algae as much as possible with high pressure sprayer. Apply BPS 7111 generously with a low pressure sprayer, roller or a brush. Do not jet off. The weather effect will remove the fouling.
NB! Do not mix BPS 7111 with anionic surfactants.

Dosage
Use as concentrate or dilute with water 1:3. Concentrated BPS 7111 gives a safer long term protection on porous surfaces.

Consumption
Normal usage: 0, 2 – 0, 5 litre/m².

Storage
Store frost free in original container.

Shelf life
24 months in unopened container.

Precautions
Use protective clothing, gloves and glasses.
