Description

BPS 7102 is an alkaline cleaner, used for cleaning of dirty surfaces. Mainly used outside. Dissolves soot, greasy residues. Biodegradable.
BPS 7102 can be used on most surfaces such as:

  • Plaster
  • Limestone
  • Concrete
  • Alkaline bricks
  • Wood
  • Aluminium surfaces
  • Granite

Application instructions

Wet porous surfaces with cold water. Apply BPS 7102 with low-pressure sprayer or a brush. Apply from bottom to the top. Leave for approximately 30-60 minutes. Ensure surface remains wet during acting time. Jet off with high pressure, (pressure depending on surface, 50-300 bar, 20 ltr/minute and 25°-angle nozzle). Work from bottom to the top. Use preferably warm water, maximum 50°C. Rinse with water to avoid residues of chemicals. If necessary, repeat the procedure.

Dosage
Dilute with water according to the type of pollution. 1:3 – 1:10. For very dirty surfaces BPS 7102 can be used concentrated.

Consumption
Normal usage: 0, 2 – 0, 3 litre/m².

Storage
Store frost free in original container.

Shelf life
24 months in unopened container.

Precautions
Use protective clothing, gloves and glasses.

Danger

Causes skin irritation. Causes serious eye damage.
