Description
BPS 7100 is a highly alkaline cleaner, used for cleaning of very dirty surfaces.
BPS 7100 can be used on surfaces as: plaster, limestone, concrete, alkaline bricks. Biodegradable.
Application instructions
Wet surface with cold water. Apply BPS 7100 with low-pressure sprayer, a soft brush or a roller. Apply from bottom to the top. Leave for approximately 30-60 minutes. Ensure surface remains wet during acting time. Jet off with high pressure, (pressure depending on surface, 50-300 bar, 20 litres/minute and 25°-angle nozzle). Work from bottom to the top. Use preferably warm water, maximum 50°C. Rinse with plenty of water to avoid residues of chemicals. If necessary, repeat the procedure. If the surface is gong to be painted; neutralise cleaned area with a weak acid to obtain a pH value below 9.
Dosage
Use as concentrate or dilute 1:2 with water.
Consumption
Normal usage: 0, 2 – 0, 3 litre/m².
Storage
Store frost free in original container.
Shelf life
24 months in unopened container.
Precautions
Special caution must be taken, as BPS 7100 is a CORROSIVE product. Use protective clothing, visor, glasses and gloves. If product comes in contact with eyes, rinse with lot of water and immediately go to hospital. In case of skin contact, rinse with lot of water, go to hospital if necessary.
