Description
FBM 7 is an environmentally friendly industrial paint remover. FBM 7 contains components, which penetrate and deteriorates binders in different kinds of paints. FBM 7 has a documented capacity to dissolve multiple layers of paint. Powder coatings, Acrylic, 2-components lacquer, Epoxy, Urethane. FBM 7 is easily biodegradable and user friendly.
Application instructions
The Process
Details to be stripped are immersed in a bath with FBM 7. Use heating (50-80°C). The stripping time is dependent on the paint thickness. Stirring or ultra sonic decreases the stripping time. After stripping, the details are rinsed with water.
Maintenance
The dissolved paint particle sinks to the bottom of the bath and can be drained. Add fresh FBM 7. pH in the active bath should be between 10-12.5. When pH decreases: Filtrate or drain out the dissolved pigments. Add 1-2% FBM ACTIVATOR.
Measuring the pH-value
Take 100 ml FBM 7 and mix with 400 ml pure water. Stir and measure the pH-value.
Dosage
FBM 7 is delivered ready to use.
Storage
Store frost-free in original closed container.
Shelf life
Approximately 24 months in unopened container.
Precautions
Protective gloves and visors should be used when coming in contact with the product. Good ventilation is required.

Warning
Harmful if swallowed. Causes skin irritation. Causes serious eye irritation.
